He required the trade fair should be handled out successfully to promote development of Chenzhou modern agriculture

It was reported that Qu Hai, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City, led an investigation team to check the preparation work for 2015 Hunan (Chenzhou) Characteristic Agricultural Products Trade Fair. He required that all departments should work together to handle out the fair successfully to promote development of Chenzhou modern agriculture.

The trade fair will be opened on December 4, 2015. 21 theme halls, 6 exhibition zones, and 1152 standard stands covered with 48,000square meters exhibition areas are set for this fair. 858 enterprises have been attracted to attend the fair, which enabled it to be the ever-largest agricultural products trade fair in 6 provinces of central China. Now, all the preparation work is being promoted fluently.

Qu Hai and his investigation team checked the arrangement of the fair on Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center. He stated that the fair is the beginning for Chenzhou city to hold such kind of comprehensive agricultural fair, and is the closing of “12th five-year plan” and beginning of “13th five-year plan” of Chenzhou exhibition economy as well. It will lay significant and profound influence on Chenzhou city.

Qu stated that the transformation of agriculture should be promoted by handling this trade fair. There are diversified, characteristic and high quality agricultural products available in Chenzhou city. To form the sound pattern of “government guidance, market operation”, the conclusive function of market resource allocation and government’s function should be fully played and the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industry should be promoted by virtue of exhibition platform. The quality and efficiency of agriculture should be improved by handling this trade fair. To promote the large-scale, cooperative, standardized, green and information development of Chenzhou agriculture, new business entities should be cultivated to connect with “internet+” , and more agricultural brands should be established especially for series of national famous trademarks. The poverty alleviation work and development of old revolutionary areas should be improved by handling this trade fair. Chenzhou agricultural industry especially for Luoxiao mountainous area’s agricultural industry should be driven to be improved from fragmentation to cluster development, and the poverty alleviation and development of old revolutionary areas should be improved by handling this trade fair, which will help grant the trade fair with sound economic and social effects. The characteristic agricultural comprehensive exhibition should be promoted by handling this trade fair. It should aim to improve the trade fair to be a “national level” regional exhibition through years of efforts.

Qu emphasized that the trade fair should be followed the open concept. It should enhance the connection with the merchants of Hunan provincial, red triangle area, the Pearl River Delta area, great southwest area, HK, Macau & Taiwan and Southeast Asia, and intensify the strategic cooperation among regions and countries by the means of “stepping out, introducing in”. The trade fair should be operated by professional teams with the professional ideas to connect with e-merchants, “internet+”, handle out investment attraction and marketing plan, and combine exhibition with leisure, popular science and culture, and etc. The trade fair should be carried out with specified regulations, perfect security work, sound service, influential propaganda, and accurate comprehensive supports.
